With so many experiences to choose from we know how hard it is to decide which voucher to buy that special someone. If the recipient decides they would prefer to exchange their voucher for an alternative experience that`s no problem. All they need to do is contact our customer service team while the voucher is still valid and we`ll take it from there.

No Quibble 14-Day Refund

If you or the recipient is not entirely happy with your purchase, don`t worry. If you return the voucher to us within 14 days of purchase we will provide a FULL refund, with no hidden administration charges or handling fees.*
